Bight East Steel Company has developed its capabilities over a period of time to provide project management, procurement, fabrication, commissioning and construction services for energy, infrastructure and process sectors.
Our project management system for budgeting, cost controlling, reporting, project schedules, plans, material management, resource allocation, supplier evaluation, fulfil client’s demand in an economic and efficient way keeping the delivery period in firm control. Our strategy to finalize the design of every plant ahead of ordering material reduces errors in construction and improves operational integrity.
Our integrated project management team assumes the responsibility for the performance of all aspects of the project. The project manager leads and is supported by a BESCO integrated team. The integrated solutions team, headed by the project manager, is responsible for equipment engineering, procurement, equipment manufacturing, logistics and delivery to the job site, installation, management, commissioning and start up.

SHOP FABRICATION
BESCO has fabrication facility strategically located in 2nd Industrial City Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In general the product range spans industrial fabricated items. Complete packages such as process skids, tanks and they are tailored to the client requirements and delivered on a turnkey basis.
Our Fabrication strength is complemented with global technological alliances for specialized equipment. Integrated customized management systems ensure cross functional monitoring of the processes and timely delivery of the goods. Use of quality management system assures quality at each step of planning, design, fabrication & production.

CONSTRUCTION
BESCO is integrated in fabrication and construction services. The breadth of our involvement ranges from modest facility expansions to large grassroots projects.
Erection of new plants, relocation of plants and upgrade of operating facilities as well as in our construction capabilities. Our civil/structural and mechanical groups are capable of undertaking a wide variety of installation, testing and commissioning projects for all related grounds as well as we serving.
BESCO engages in the complete project value chain. Our latest construction machinery/equipment enables us to deliver projects, within budget, on time and with highest level of precision.
